PCDC lipolysis is a series of micro-injections that helps dissolve unwanted fat. It is made up of Phosphatidylcholine (PC) & Deoxycholic acid (DC) which are naturally occuring in the human body and aid in breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. 

Using a fine needle, the PCDC compound is injected into the desired areas of treatment. The fat cells then absorb the PCDC and become slightly inflamed and then harden. The hardened fat cells break down within a few weeks and are eliminated via the body’s natural processes.

  • Typically a minimum of 3 treatments are required for optimal results. However results can be seen after 1 treatment. Each treatment has to be spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

  • Treatments are quick, typically lasting around 30 minutes. We begin by cleansing the area, if needed we can apply a topical anesthetic. Your injector will then mark the areas they intend on administering the injections. Next, the injector will administer a series of small injections about a 1cm apart. At the end of your appointment, your injector will provide you with post care instructions and what to expect during your healing process.

  • Clients will typically see a gradual reduction of fullness in the area over a period of 2 to 4 weeks following each treatment.

  • Results from treatment can be indefinite if stable weight is maintained. Once the area is treated, fat cells are destroyed and removed by the body's natural waste system. Optimal results will be achieved by following a healthy active lifestyle.

  • The most common side effects clients experience are redness, tenderness and bruising at the injection site which will lessen over a few days. Swelling at the injection site will last for several days after treatment.

    During your consultation, your nurse injector will discuss post care instructions and follow up care will be provided to you to ease your concerns.

  • Each treatment is $420 plus tax.
