Meet Kaitlin – RN, Founder of Revive Medical Aesthetics
After graduating from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018, Kaitlin began her career on the medical-surgical floor, quickly gaining hands-on experience in foundational nursing care. Driven by a passion for learning and a desire to work in more acute settings, she pursued additional training and advanced into roles in Emergency, ICU, Trauma, and Triage nursing.
Alongside her hospital work, Kaitlin expanded her skill set even further—supporting patients through Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT), providing procedural sedation in dental settings, and working in pre-op and post-op recovery. She also took on agency nursing roles to continue growing professionally and adapt to a variety of clinical environments.
Each chapter of her career sharpened her clinical judgment, deepened her compassion, and reinforced her belief that exceptional care is both skilled and personal. All of this experience led her to her true calling: medical aesthetics—where her clinical expertise meets her love for artistry and confidence-building..
In 2021, driven by her love for artistry, anatomy, and empowering others, Kaitlin founded Revive Medical Aesthetics—a place where medical-grade treatments meet a deeply personalized experience. Her vision was clear: to create a clinic that focused on reviving what’s already beautiful, never overdone or artificial.
“When I chose the name Revive, it felt like the perfect fit. My approach is about restoring harmony, not changing who you are. I believe that when you feel good in your own skin, it shows—and that’s where confidence begins.”
