The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate, growth-minded Medical Aesthetician to join our expanding team in Collingwood. This is a part-time role to start, with real opportunity for growth as client demand and clinic expansion continue.

This role is for someone who wants to be part of something bigger than a shift. Core Responsibilities

Clinical

  • Perform advanced skin treatments within your scope of practice: microneedling, dermaplaning, advanced facials, chemical peels
  • Conduct detailed consultations and design individualized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on skincare, post-treatment care, and homecare retail
  • Develop deep knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, and treatment customization
  • Confidently guide clients through professional skincare products and specialty serums
  • Document all treatments and client progress accurately using our EMR (Jane)
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness, setup, and readiness, aligned with the Revive Experience
  • Ensure on-time start and finish for all appointments
  • Support future advanced modalities including laser services as the clinic grows

Client Experience & Operations

  • Rebook clients at every visit to support retention and continuity of care
  • Assist with front desk duties: phones, booking, client communication, and rebooking support
  • Support skincare retail sales and product education
  • Prepare treatment rooms and support overall clinic flow
  • Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and overall clinic presentation

Social Media & Brand Visibility

  • Collaborate on social media by sharing treatment footage, educational tips, and client results
  • Participate in educational content, reels, before & afters, and clinic filming days
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
  • Build and grow your own professional brand page, think: Revive Aesthetician [Your Name] — alongside the clinic

Social Media & Visibility


At Revive, social media is an extension of client education, trust-building, and brand experience.

You're expected to:

  • Participate in educational and treatment-based content
  • Contribute ideas that align with the Revive brand
  • Feel comfortable appearing on camera professionally
  • Support clinic visibility through stories, reels, before & afters, and educational content
  • Be tagged or reshare clinic posts to your professional profile as appropriate
  • Build and grow your own professional presence alongside the clinic
  • Represent the brand online with professionalism and confidence
  • Participate in clinic filming days or photo shoots

You don't need to be an influencer — but you should feel comfortable contributing to a modern, education-focused brand. Support, guidance, and content direction are provided.

Training, Reviews & Compensation

Position

  • Part-time role to start — approximately 2 days/week, 6–8 hour shifts
  • Some evenings and weekends may be required
  • Opportunity for increased hours as client demand and your growth increase

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly wage starting at $21–$23/hour based on experience
